shes only a 9 month pug. she hasnt been eating. and she is scared when someone is about to pet her.?
every time we come to play with her she just wants to sleep. she always wants to go in a bed and get under the covers cause she is shivering.
What did your vet say?
Here are a couple of things that could be happening.
First, eliminate the possiblity of someone causing her harm. Is there anyone new in your household that might be tormenting her?
Second, have you taken her temperature? If she is running a fever she may have an infection or other serious internal problem. (such as a tumor). This would explain all of the symptoms you have decribed. Remember, serious conditions only get worse if you ignore them. (My dog died when the tumor on the spleen burst on the second morning of these symptoms...I wouldn't wish that on you.)
Last, have you changed her diet, is she drinking water, using the bathroom (including bowel movements?). These are all serious concerns.
If she were my dog, I would take her to the vet and eliminate the possible harmful choices. (And I am not one to run to the vet for every little thing.) But, at nine months she has outgrown many problems that might cause the shivering (too young to be away from the mother for example).
